Also obsessed with personal-development, mindset, unwinding beliefs, goal setting, and manifesting dreams into reality.

Fun Facts About Me:

  • I am a Navy brat from San Diego, California. Moving every 3 years was what I knew as a kid.

  • I worked in the cruise ship industry for almost 8 years.

  • In a past life I worked in office cubical land for 13 years. I was an ISO 9000 Quality Systems Specialist and Technical Writer (which is why it's in my blood to capitalize words for fun).

  • I created my first blog in 1999, before Blogger.com and Blogspot.com were a thing.
